Great food & great service in the shop and great value for money

Have ordered many meals form here but tonight meal as well as being nearly one and a half hours to delivery when I phoned they said I hadn’t ordered on the web site then okay I will be delivered shortly on arrival the tandoori mixed grill was burnt to a crisp no salad and small portions the half chicken was so over cooked I couldn’t get a fork into it I phoned to complain ,I’ve sent the chicken to enviro mental health to get it check I will never get an order from them again and put it in the public meadia to avoid

Ordered the chicken BBQ and doner king nan kebab. Was really fresh and tasty. Would highly recommend 👌

Delivery was 20 minutes late. Pakora was tasteless and inedible - so different from previous orders. Chicken in Bhuna was dry and very unpleasant. On the upside, the bhuna sauce was great, but most of the rest ended up in the bin. Extremely disappointing. ☹️☹️

I placed a big order tonight. Son’s birthday with family over. Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery. Called restaurant who advised the order had just left. Half hour later still no sign, called again and it was only ‘just on its way’…

No good customer service, no apologies for mistakes long waiting after order

Starters chicken pakora over cooked tuff kebabs were cold and asked for mini nans got pitta bread not first time complained about food but seemly getting worse at delivery time getting longer

Food good as always but took over an hour from order to delivery and arrived 35 mins after indicated delivery time. No comms from the restaurant, had to call to find out what was happening. Food is always good from this place but we usually collect as find delivery is always a nightmare

Again wrong meal sent with order I ordered lamb dopiaza and rice small meal in 1 dish got sent plain ckicken and rice dopiaza phone spoke to manger to complain

The food took two hours to get here. The food was not hot the chips were mushy I spent nearly 30 quid and just wasn’t worth the wait! I know it’s a bank holiday but it was 2 hours really disappointed
